How do AI-Native calendar credits work?
AI-Native partners are granted 40 base credits. These credits determine how many courses you can have visible on the Public Training Calendar at any one time, allowing you to manage a consistent, rolling schedule of classes.
How are credits consumed and replenished?
Consumption: One credit is consumed when a course is added to the Public Training Calendar.
Replenishment: Base credits are replenished automatically once a posted course concludes.
Understanding your Course Admin View: Key Terms
Base Calendar Listings - Your total Base Credits (40) plus any additional granted Credits.
Public Classes Scheduled - Total future courses scheduled.
Calendar Listings Available - Your Base Listings minus your total Public Classes Scheduled.
What happens if I schedule more courses than I have credits?
If your scheduled courses exceed your available credits, only the soonest upcoming courses will be displayed. As posted courses conclude, the next available courses will automatically be added to the calendar.
Are credits awarded annually?
No, each partner receives a set of base credits when becoming a partner. After this, base credits replenish automatically once a posted course has concluded, allowing you to manage a consistent, rolling schedule of classes. Your balance will continue to carry over for as long as you are a partner in good standing.β
Does this also apply to private classes?
There are no credits consumed from private classes.
When are credits fully consumed for a public class?
Any public class can be rescheduled 15 or more days before the start date. Once a course listing is within 14 days of its start date, the credit is considered consumed and cannot be returned via rescheduling. The credit will replenish once the course end date has passed.
Can I earn extra credits?
At this time, AI-Native partners cannot earn additional credits. The system is designed to be self-maintaining, with your 40 base credits replenishing automatically as your courses conclude.
