Enablement & Course Logistics

Q: What is the structure of the AI-Native training path?
A: The enablement path includes three core in-person courses—AI Foundations, AI Change Agent, and the AI Trusted Advisor Capstone. Courses are intended to be taken sequentially and build on one another.

Q: When and where will courses be held?

A: Initial sessions for AI Foundations and AI Change Agent are planned for July and August 2025 in both North America and Europe. The AI Trusted Advisor Capstone will be delivered during the SAFe Summit in September 2025 in Denver.

Q: Can different locations be chosen for each course?

A: Yes. You may attend courses in different regions based on your availability and travel preferences.

Q: Will there be remote or hybrid options?

A: No. All enablement training is delivered in person to ensure a high-quality learning experience and peer collaboration.

Q: Can organizations help organize local sessions in Europe?

A: Yes, we welcome input and logistical support for local training delivery in regions such as Germany and Switzerland.

Q: Is there flexibility in course enrollment deadlines?

A: Space is limited, but we will work with interested partners to accommodate changes or late requests wherever possible.

Q: How can I sign up for a course?

A: You can view available courses on our AI-Native Class Finder

Certification & Instructor Eligibility

Q: Who can attend the training?

A: The training is primarily intended for future instructors, but others from your organization (e.g., business development or delivery leads) may attend, subject to space availability.

Q: Are there prerequisites?

A: No formal credentials are required. Prior AI experience is helpful but not mandatory. The three-course path is designed to build capability from foundational understanding to advanced advisory skills.

Q: Will participants receive certification?A: Yes. Each level of the training path includes an exam and results in an industry-recognized certification.

Q: Is certification renewable?

A: Yes. As with SAFe certifications, annual renewal is expected due to the fast pace of AI innovation.

Q: Can AI Trusted Advisors train others internally?

A: Not currently. Only Scaled Agile can certify new Trusted Advisors.

Course Differentiation & Value

Q: How is this different from other AI training on the market?

A: Unlike most AI courses, this program is purpose-built for enterprise change leaders. It combines real-world case studies, business-aligned frameworks, and the backing of Scaled Agile’s global ecosystem.

Q: What makes Scaled Agile credible in AI education?

A: We’ve enabled over 2 million professionals, serve 20,000+ enterprises, and have a trusted model for certification, instructor enablement, and enterprise engagement. Our curriculum fuses business agility with responsible AI adoption, and we offer ongoing learning support through community, coaching, and events.

Q: Will the content be localized?

A: Yes, localization for key languages is planned based on demand, with a roadmap to be shared in Q4 2025.

Q: How will the content stay current?

A: We are committed to ongoing updates and will provide online content refreshers for all certified participants.

Go-to-Market & Partner Enablement

Q: When can partners begin marketing this offering?

A: Marketing enablement will begin in mid-August 2025. Scaled Agile will provide messaging, co-branded assets, and promotional guidance.

Q: Will Scaled Agile support GTM activities?

A: Yes. Charter Partners will receive support through campaigns, social media visibility, and event exposure, including the SAFe Summit.

Q: How does this relate to the SAFe Partner Program?

A: This is a distinct offering. You may be part of either or both partner programs. Further details about the 2026 program structure will be shared later this year.

Q: Will there be territorial exclusivity?

A: Territory alignment is being explored. For now, in-person delivery logistics naturally limit overlap and self-regulate most conflicts.

Q: How can I make sure my team is included in the initial training wave?

A: Reach out to your Scaled Agile partner contact. We will do our best to place committed teams in the first wave while capacity remains.
