​What is an AI-Native In-Country Reviewer badge?

The AI-Native In-Country Reviewer (ICR) is a new badge and recognition program. It is designed for a trusted AI educator who contributes high-quality, native-language translations of AI-Native courses and content. These ICRs share and apply their knowledge and experience to produce excellent translations in their own language.

​What is the process to earn the ICR badge?

To be considered a candidate, you must meet the eligibility requirements. To earn a badge, you must meet the minimum requirements.

​What is the eligibility requirement for being an ICR?

The eligibility requirements to be an ICR include:

  • ICR must be a native speaker of the target language and have a good command of the English language.

  • ICR must hold an active AI-Native Trainer certification.

  • ICR must be prescreened and approved by a partner manager or country manager.

What are the minimum requirements to earn the badge?

The minimum requirements to earn an ICR badge include:

  • ICR must sign the Scaled Agile Translation Agreement.

  • ICR must follow the Scaled Agile guidelines and designated tools and actively participate in the translation process that resulted in the published deliverable.

  • ICR must communicate and collaborate with the Scaled Agile globalization team and other ICR team members while working on translations.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of ICR?

Following the completion of the assigned translation-related tasks, the ICR badge is awarded and is valid as long as your ICR status is in good standing. ICRs must actively participate in assigned activities to maintain the ICR status. If you are inactive, your ICR status will be terminated, and the badge will expire.

​Do I need to take a course for this?

No additional course is required to earn the badge. You must be an active AI-Native Trainer to be considered an ICR candidate.

​Are there any restrictions to taking an AI-Native class if I am a part of the ICR team?

There are no restrictions on taking a class when participating in translation work. However, if you are involved in the translation of the exam questions, you must pass the exam prior to working on the exam translation.

​How can I get involved in the translation process?

To participate in the translation process, please complete the AI-Native In-Country Reviewer Application Form. The Scaled Agile globalization team will contact you for future translation opportunities.

I am a SAFe ICR already. How can I participate in the AI-Native ICR program?

You must meet the eligibility requirements for the AI-Native, including being an active AI-Native Trainer. Once you obtain your AI-Native Trainer certification, please fill out the AI-Native In-Country Reviewer Application Form.

What are the different levels in the AI-Native ICR program?

ICRs who are actively contributing to the translation in a more advanced way can earn additional badges. In order to be considered for the additional badges, you must utilize a designated AI translation tool and processes. The earning level is based on the contribution. There are three levels described below.

Advanced Level

This level signifies proven expertise in the AI-powered translation process, demonstrated by contributing to the translation of at least one AI-Native course/content or 10,000 words.

Expert Level

This level signifies proven expertise in the AI-powered translation process, demonstrated by contributing to the translation of five or more AI-Native courses/content or 50,000 words.

Distinguished Level

This level signifies proven expertise in the AI-powered translation process, demonstrated by contributing to the translation of 10 or more AI-Native courses/content or 100,000 words.
