Q: How do I get access to AI-Native Connect?
A: Access is granted automatically when you're marked as attended in an AI-Native Foundations or AI-Native Change Agent class. You don't need to earn your certification, attendance is the only requirement
Q: I attended a class but haven't received access yet. What should I do?
A: Access is typically granted within one week. If you've attended and still don't have access after this period, contact Scaled Agile support.
Course-Specific Groups
Q: Which group will I be added to?
A: You'll be added to the group that matches the course you attended:
Attended AI-Native Foundations → Foundations group
Attended AI-Native Change Agent → Change Agent group
Q: I've attended both courses. Do I get access to both groups?
A: Yes. Each course attendance unlocks its corresponding group
Q: Do I need to pass the certification exam to access my course group?
A: No. Attendance alone grants you access to the course group and the broader AI-Native Connect platform.
AI-Native Trainer Access
Q: How do I get access to the AI-Native Trainer group?
A: Trainer group access requires three things:
1. Attendance at AI-Native Foundations
2. Attendance at AI-Native Change Agent
3. **Passing the trainer enablement exam
Unlike the standard course groups, attendance alone isn't sufficient for trainer access—you must pass the exam.
Q: I've attended both courses but haven't taken the trainer exam yet. Can I access the trainer group?
A: Not yet. The trainer group is only available to those who have completed and passed the trainer enablement exam.
Q: What happens if I fail the trainer exam?
A: You'll retain access to the Foundations and Change Agent groups based on your course attendance, but won't receive trainer group access until you pass the exam.
