How do I access my course exam?
To access your learning plan and exam:
Login to Studio. If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" link to receive a reset email.
Select Learning Plans & Exams from the menu.
Select "In Progress"
Select the class that you are looking for. You may have multiple In Progress.
The Exam is located at the bottom of the Learning Plan. Once your instructor has confirmed your attendance, you will be able to launch the exam.
All exams will be completed in QuestionMark, our exam provider, which is launched through the learning plan in Studio.
Can I take the exam in a different language from the one I took the course in?
The exam is available in the language you took the course in, as well as in English. If you take a course in English, only the English exam is available.
Are there different language options available?
We are working on releasing more languages for the AI-Native courses. Please refer to this FAQ for more information.
When does my exam expire?
Your first exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 60 days after your instructor has confirmed your attendance. The 60-day exam window expires at 11:59 pm in the time zone listed on your account.
For AI-Native Foundations, AI-Native Value Architect, and Leading the AI-Native Organization, there are two attempts. After the 60-day exam window, you will be able to purchase a retake to complete the exam.
To view your time zone, follow these steps:
Log in to Studio
Click your name in the upper-right corner
Click on Settings from the drop-down at your name in the upper right
Click on Preferences
Go to the Edit button at the bottom of the Preferences Section, and you can adjust the locale and time zone.
Click Save and Close
What is the retake policy for exams?
If you don’t pass your exam on the first or second attempt, you may retake it by purchasing a retake.
You can pay a $50 retake fee for
AI-Native Foundations,
Leading the AI-Native Organization
AI-Native Change Agent
AI-Native Value Architect
For AI-Native Trainer, there is ONE attempt, and the retake fee is $250
If you don’t pass the retake exam, you may try a third time after a 10-day waiting period. The waiting period for a 4th attempt and any additional attempts is 30 days.
Once you pay the retake fee, you'll have access to take the exam based on the number of previous exam attempts. However, there is a 60-day deadline to complete the retake.
